- comments: observed about 1/4 inch gap at bottom of front door entrance. Must install a rodent proof strip to prevent entry points for pests.

- comments: observed two food containers stored on floor in walk in cooler. Must elevate at least 6 inches off floor to prevent any sources of contamination.

- comments: observed knives stored flat on prep table. Instructed to provide a rack to properly store utensils.

- comments: observed torn gasket at prep cooler in rear near cook line. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed damaged and missing coving behind grease trap located under 3-compartment sink. Must repair baseboard and maintain.
