- comments: 3-305. 14 observed exposed sewage lines located above the basement food prep area. Management instructed to shield all sewage lines in the basement to prevent potential drips. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: 3-305. 12 observed packaged foods stored underneath sewage lines in the basement storage room. Management instructed to remove the food from beneath the sewage lines or shield the sewage lines to intercept potential drips.

- comments: 4-101. 19 remove the duct tape around the edges of the prep table in the basement.

- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report #2589462 on 2/9/24 not corrected: 38 - observed approx. 20 live small flying insects on the walls and ceiling of the 1st floor and basement food prep areas, dining room, basement storage areas, men's washroom and behind the bar. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
