Manager immediately and voluntary discarded approximately 4lbs of food value of $15. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: must properly labeled food storage containers when food is not in the original container.

- comments: observed employees preparing and serving food without wearing a hair restraint in front prep area. Must wear hair restraints at all times food is being prepared and served.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: outside garbage area not maintained. Observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing preventing lid from closing properly. Also observed garbage bags on ground around dumster. This is a food source and harborage for rodents and other pest. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) citation issued.
