- comments: ice scoop improperly stored on top of ice machine. Instructed manager must provide a clean container for ice scoop.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed bakery stand up 2-door reach in cooler door rubber gasket missing (left side door). Instructed manager must provide a tight fitted rubber gasket for said cooler door.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed accumulated food debris around prep areas handwash bowls around hot and cold water handles also observed accumulated dust build up on rear of produce walk in cooler condenser. Must clean and maintain equipment.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed meat department 3-compartment sink waste water flows back into adjacent compartments when filled with water and drained. Instructed manager must repair and maintain sink, water must drain quickly and no waste water can flow back into said sink compartments. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).
