I went to Moe's last night around 6pm. I got a rice bowl with pork, black beans, onion, peppers, guac, and sour cream. Almost on the dot of 12 hours later, I be an haveing severe diarrhea followed by vomiting and chills. I cannot keep anything down, including water | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
