38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: found approximately 50 mice droppings on windowsills in kitchen, floors next to kitchen restroom, floors under serving line, behind grease trap under 3-compartment sink, floor of 1st floor mop closet, and floors of closets in both pre-k rooms. Instructed to remove droppings, sanitize all affected areas, and maintain. Recommend pest control service premises before reinspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a).

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found right handwashing sink in girl's 1st floor restroom in poor repair. Instructed to repair and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed damaged wall behind hand sink next to 3-compartment sink in kitchen, and behind hand sink across from walk-in freezer. Found missing wall base behind shelving next to walk-in freezer. Instructed to repair and maintain all of the above.
