- comments: waste water overflowing from 3-compartment grease interceptor onto floor when draining (south prep area). Instd to repair sink to drain properly without waste water backing up and accumulating onto floor. Premises will use 3-compartment sink in north prep area until repairs completed. Citation issued 7-38-030 priority.
