- comments: observed dead insects on glueboards in prep and basement areas. Instructed manager to remove and maintain.

- comments: observed pastries not covered in sales area and food items stored on floor in walk-in cooler and freezer. Instructed manager to cover and elevate all food items to protect from contamination.
