- comments: observed a leak coming from the 1-compartment sink faucet base closest to the exit door. Observed a leak at the three-compartment sink right faucet. Observed the cold water knee pedal on the rear prep handwashing sink broken (sink is still able to provide running hot and cold water). Instructed management to repair all and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed the outside grease container and surrounding not maintained with grease on the ground around the container and top of the container. Also noted is trash (plastic, rags, food scraps, etc) on the container's top. Instructed to remove all trash from the top of the container, detail clean the top of the container and the surrounding ground, and maintain. Priority foundation #7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
61. Summary report displayed and visible to the public
- comments: observed the summary report not posted from the previous inspection on 5/2/2022, report #2555104. The report that is currently posted is from 2/10/2021. Instructed to post the most recent summary report in public view and maintain. Priority foundation violation. 7-42-010(b). Citation issued. Management gave a copy of todays 4/7/23 summary report to post.
