- comments: observed 40 live flies scatterd on the wall,ceiling and boxes in the rear prep area. Must remove and detail clean affected areas and call pest control for service (ecolab 8/13/25). Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(a).

- comments: must detail clean the floors along the wall base and in cornerns throught out, also detail clean the floor drains to remove debris. Must clean the walls and ceiling where flies are noted.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation still not corrected from #2612867 date 2/26/25 (inspector comments: previous core violation from report #2590881 on 3/12/24 not corrected: 58 - observed no allergen training certificates on the premises for the certified food managers. Management instructed that all certified food managers must show proof of allergen training. ) priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
