Chicken Soup Recurrence: Cramping - Panera Bread, Garden City New York

This is the second time, I have had this problem.
The first time this happened, I bought one of those chicken bagettes with the mozzarella and pepperoni........Later on, I developed severe stomach cramps, followed by vomiting. I went to the hospital for the day because I thought I had food poisoning. Thankfully, I was cleared. But recently, on February 18, I went back there. I had the chicken wild rice soup. Within an hour, my stomach was rumbling and I had to go to the bathroom for diarrhea.

The chicken wild rice and soup is one of my favorites, along with the bread bowl. But there was something funny with the bread. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
