- comments: observed no certified food managers certificate posted to view while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (eggs,ham,soup,hashbrowns,etc)must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)
8. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed poor hygienic practices by food handlers, such as they were eating food at the counter and removed dishes, but on gloves and handled food for customers without washing their hands. Must wash hands after every possible contamination. (priority 7-38-010)(citation issued)(cos)

- comments: observed multi-use utensils being sanitized at 0. 0 ppm's at 3- 3-compartment sink by both food handlers continuously. Washing with a soapy sponge and rinsing under running water, and placing on the drain board. Instructed to set up the sink properly to sanitize utensils. (priority 7-38-025)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: must label food storage containers when not in original package (bulk,shakers and squeeze bottles )

- comments: observed an infestation of appx. 300 or more mice droppings scattered throughout premises, such as in both rear dry food storage area along wall bases on and under food storage shelves and cart, amongst clutter in second storage area, on floor behind toilet in rear toilet room, at motors of coolers in rear prep area. On landing ledge leading to basement, on floor along wall bases throughout and behind clutter in basement, on table top, behind service counter and stove. Must remove droppings, clean, and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 11/13/25. (priority 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed bowls and ladles stored inside of bulk food storage containers must be removed and stored properly. Observed crates being used for food must be removed and stored in proper containers.

- comments: observed foil lined on equipment and cardboard surfaces throughout premises. Must remove to be smooth and easily cleanable.
