Cooked pork-48. 2f. 2. 5lbs. Jalepeno creme-45. 7f. 2. 5lbs. Marinara sauce-52. 3f. 2. 5lbs. Black beans-46. 2f. 8lbs. Cooked sausage-46. 2f. Inside of prep cooler & walk in cooler. - comments: observed improper temperature of 1-door prep cooler at 55. 8f on hot line with tcs foods stored inside. Must have cold holding unit at 41. 0�f or below. A held for inspection tag has been placed on the unit. Once repaired, email: food@cityofchicago. Org. A new cooler has been bought in, and the air temperature is 38. 0f. May resume usage.
