went to dinner on 8/03/24 with family and ordered: fried chicken, ribs, meatloaf, chicken & dumplings, cream style corn, broccoli casserole, creamy mashed potatoes and candy yams. i also ordered the peach cobbler and ate it before bed, i woke up early in the morning of 8/04/24 with stomach pains and ended up throwing up and having diarrhea numerous times. i initially thought it was because the broccoli casserole was made with mushrooms (and i put in the reservation that there was a mushroom allergy) but then my mother in law and husband both got nausea, diarrhea and have vomited within 48 hours after dining | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
