- comments: observed thermometer needed in walk in cooler. Install and maintain.

- comments: observed approximately 20 small flies in the backroom near the employee washroom. Must eliminate all small fly activity. Observed a furnace room off of employee bathroom with approximately rodent droppings. Observed basement with approximately 100 droppings. Must remove all droppings and clean all affected areas. Must contact pest control. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a)
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths on cooking line and stored improperly below food prep area. Store all wiping cloths in sanitizer when not in use.

- comments: observed floors of basement and rear room near employee washroom unclean. Clean and sanitize.
