- comments: observed approximately 20 small flies in the backroom near the employee washroom. Must eliminate all small fly activity. Observed a furnace room off of employee bathroom with approximately rodent droppings. Observed basement with approximately 100 droppings. Must remove all droppings and clean all affected areas. - comments: observed wiping cloths on cooking line and stored improperly below food prep area. Store all wiping cloths in sanitizer when not in use.
