- comments: noted clutter of cardboard boxes and unused items on floors by the back door. Must elevate all items to allow cleaning and remove all unnecessary items.

- comments: observed previous core violation from inspection #2592589 from april 11/2024 as follows: 2-102. 13 observed no proof of training for all food handlers. Instructed to provide and maintain records at all times. 2-102. 13 observed no food employee with proof of allergen training. Instructed all city of chicago certified food managers obtain this certificate. Must correct core violations by the date on the report. Priority foundation violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
