On Saturday, May 10th, at around 6 PM, we ordered beef ribs, chicken wings, a shredded pork meat sandwich with coleslaw, and fries at Philly BBQ Sports Arena. About 6 hours later, myself, my wife, and our 9-month-old baby began experiencing severe vomiting, stomach pain, nausea, headaches, and body aches. These symptoms lasted for approximately 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Body Ache
