Instructed the person in charge to finish the wood on the shelving units in front and rear prep areas to be easily clean. #55- 6-501. 12: observed dirty floor drains in the front and rear prep areas. Also observed debris on floors throughout the walk-in cooler and freezer. Instructed the person in charge to clean floor drains and floors in the walk-in cooler and freezer and maintain. Priority foundation violation:7-42-090 citation issued.
