23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: observed tcs food (chicken soup) held for over 24 hours with out a discard date. Instructed facility to provide discard dates for any tcs foods held for over 24 hours. Priority foundation 7-38-005. Citation issued. Food discarded.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed an unsealed material used as dry food storage shelving in the basement. Instructed to replace/seal shelving to make smooth, easily cleanable and non-porous.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found old food debris and dead insects inside a chest freezer located in the basement. Must clean and maintain.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed the outside garbage dumpsters overflowing with trash preventing lid closure. Instructed management that trash must be stored inside garbage receptacles so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
