My husband ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni and 4 slices veggie only along with breadsticks. I ate a slice of veggie(green peppers and onion) my daughter and husband ate the meat. I felt a bit off afterwards but shrugged it off to fast food and proceeded to workout. A typical 30 min workout took me an hour as I felt that bad. Since Thursday June 30 to present, July 4, I have not eaten and drank minimal water. I have had diarrhea the entire time, horrible headache, sweating profusely and almost passed out in the shower as if I had some sort of attack where I felt tingling in my stomach and then spread all over to the point I had trouble breathing and had to sit in shower, afraid I would pass out. As I am writing now, my stomach is still feeling off and I’ve taken pepto and water with electrolytes. This is day 4! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Sweating
