- comments: observed improper minimum water temperatures ranging between 62. 8-68. 9f at all handwashing sinks in annex building, observed improper minimum water temperatures at handwashing sinks in prep area and boy's and girl's washrooms in annex building. Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed cold tcs food(milk), held at improper temperatures ranging between 45. 1-46. 6f. Instructed all cold tcs food must be held at 41f or below. Corrected on site manager voluntarily discarded food valued at $160 weighing 30lbs priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed cold holding unit at improper ambient temperature of 46. 0f. Instructed all cold holding units must be maintained at 41f or below. Corrected on site held for inspection tag placed on cold holding unit. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed approximately 40 mouse droppings in facility. Observed mouse droppings in prep area, lunchroom, wall closet in storage room and storage room. Instructed to eliminate rodent activity, remove mouse droppings and clean affected areas. Recommended licensed pest control company service facility on or after 3/25/2026. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed slow draining utility sink in prep area. Instructed to repair slowing draining utility sink in prep area and maintain. Observed left handwashing sink in girl's washroom in main building at improper minimum water temperature of 82. 9f. Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Note: the right handwashing sink in the girl's washroom in the main building is functioning properly. Observed leaking faucet at handwashing sink in prep area. Instructed to repair leaking faucet at handwashing sink in prep area and maintain.
