- comments: observed interior of ice dispenser and soda nozzles not clean to sight and touch. Soda dispensers had heavy build up of white substance while ice machine dispenser had black build up. Instructed manager to clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed working spray bottle with purple chemical missing label. Instructed manager to ensure all working containers of poisonous or toxic chemicals are labeled with common name. Manager labeled bottle. Priority foundation violation 7-38-015 citation issued.
