Observed approximately 20 rodent droppings under the dish machine. Observed approximately 30 rodent droppings behind the hot water heater in the back area of the kitchen. Observed approximately 20 rodent droppings under the dry storage shelves in the kitchen.

- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Sour cream (52F - Cold Holding); Guacamole with tomatoes (56F - Cold Holding) stored in the reach in cooler on the left side of the front counter. Manager stated the items had been stored in the reach in cooler for 1 hour. Manager placed the items in the walk-in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
