- comments: found 1/4 inch gap on side door leading to outside located next to dishwashing area. Must repair and maintain tpo prevent pest entry.

- comments: found no irreverssible measuring device for high temeperature dishmachine. In hot water mechanical warewashing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature. Priority foundation.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found back flow preventer located on utility sink profusely leaking. Must repair and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: found an excesive amount of unnecessarry items cluttered located in basement. Must organize and remove any unnecessary items.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: found light over food preperation area broken. Must replace light shield.
