- comments: observed hot water in 3rd floor toilet rooms with a maximum hot water temperature of 67 f instructed manager to ensure all hand washing sinks have a minimum hot water temperature of 100 f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed convenient no hand washing sink located near 3 compartment sink in coffee shop of facility. Instructed manager to install hand washing sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) no citation issued

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed dishes being placed in dish machine, which provided an inadequate utensil surface temperature of 150 f. Instructed manager to ensure dish machine provided a utensil surface temperature of 160 f or above. The manager instructed the employee to wait until the machine was up to temperature and to re-wash the dishes. Utensil surface temperature reached 160 after the dish machine was given proper time to come up to temperature. Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued.
