I ate at QDOBA Mexican eats on 1/15/2018
I had a burrito on a wheat tortilla, filled with qdoba chicken, brown rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. I ate there around 1:00p.m. Around 4:00a.m. the next day I woke up in searing pain in my stomach, chills, fever, headache, and severe diarrhea. I later found out that it was Salmonella poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
