I ordered, not pre-made from the cooler, a Turkey and Swiss Wrap to take with me to work. It was supposed to have just lettuce, tomato and mustard. However, I think she may have added mayo. In any case, I got food poisoning and later that night and throughout the next day (which I had to call in sick form work) I suffered a Severe headache, diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
