- comments: observed no paper towels or sanitary hand drying devices at hand washing sinks in prep and dish washing areas. Instructed manager to provide sanitary hand drying devices at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed numerous flying insects in prep and dish washing areas, landing on prep tables, barbecue sauce containers, condiments, etc. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and santize all arees. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed bulk containers not covered. Instructed manager to cover all bulk containers to protect from contamination.
