- comments: observed bottles of bleach and windex glass cleaner stored above 3 compartment sink and next to dried pasta. Instructed manager to ensure chemicals are stored in a manner preventing contamination. Manager moved chemicals. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: 5-205. 15 observed leak from neck 3 compartment sink faucet when water is run. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
