- comments: observed 2 live cockroaches crawling on wall behind prep table in the kitchen. Instructed to remove, clean and sanitize the affected areas. Recommend to call licensed pest control for service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (a) citation issued

- comments: instructed to store food boxes 6' off the floor to prevent contamination and for easy access on cleaning.
