- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more live small flies flying around, on walls & ceilings in bar area, prep & dish washing area, basement food storage area, laundry room. Also evidence of appx. 2-4 live large flies in basement. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 8/19/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a) (citation issued)
