Instructed person in charge that all pots, pans, and dishes must be stored inverted when stored. #47-observed torn gasket on two door reach in cooler in rear prep area (directly next to handwashing sink). Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain. #55-observed peeling paint on the interior of the walk-in cooler ceiling and wall. Observed peeled paint in hallway area leading to rear prep area near restroom. Instructed the person in charge to repair and maintain smooth and easily cleanable. #55-observed severely water-damaged and missing ceiling tiles throughout the basement prep area. Instructed person in charge to repair, replace, and maintain. Priority foundaton #7-42-090. Citation issued.
