- comments: observed tomatillos and tamale husks being prepared/rinsed in middle and 3rd basin of 3-compartment sink with container of soapy water, soiled equipment and toxic items in basins of all compartments of sink. Food shall only contact surfaces of equipment that are clean and sanitized. 3-compartment sink shall shall not used for cleaning equipment/utensils when using as a food preparation sink. Priority violation citation issued 7-38-005
