- comments: observed food items stored on floor in walk-in freezer, located in the rear prearation area near the walk-in cooler. Instructed the person in charge to keep all items elevated six inxhes off of the floor.

- comments: observed dirt on floors and food debris under cooking equipment in the rear preparation area. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean and maintain.
