- comments: observed no covered trash receptacle inside unisex employee toilet room located next to kitchen. Instructed to provide.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed no food handler training certificates on site at time of inspection. Instructed all food employees must complete food handler training and maintain records thereof on site at all times.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed the following repeat core violation not corrected from report #2576913 dated 6/7/2023: #38 ' found all outdoor patio bars not protected from insects and rodents during non-operating hours and periods of inclement weather. Instructed manager to provide adequate protection for all equipment, including equipment used for dispensing, beer storage tubs, handwashing sinks and warewashing sinks. Said areas shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents and from other contaminants that are present in the environment. ' instructed to correct and come into compliance. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
