- comments: observed approximately 75 small rodent droppings during time of inspection. . . Underneath 3 compartment sinks on floor scattered along wall and surrounding grease trap, behind 2 door cooler connected to gym in all corners , behind all heavy equipment stored in front prep area , behing walk reach cooler storing milk, inside dry storage closet along walls throughout under shelving unit, inside prep kitchen attached to student seating area along walls where smart boards are hung. Recommended to contact pest control for service, remove droppings, clean and sanitize all said areas. Must maintain premise free of rodent activty. Priroity foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed 2 large holes in exit door leading to parking lot and outdoor receptacle area. Instructed to enclose in order to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed slight leak on 3 compartment sink faucet neck located to the left of 2 door cooling unit. Instructed to repair and maintain in good condition.
