Instructed to always have a city of chicago food service sanitation on site at all times. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-012.

- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about over 100 rodent droppings in the rear dry storage area of the facility on the bottom ledges of the shelves, on the floor under and behind the shelves and along the walls, and about 20 rodent droppings scattered in various aisles on the bottom shelves. Observed about 30 rodent droppings located under the bread storage area in the front customer service area. Observed about 10 rodent droppings inside of the office area. Instructed to eliminate rodent activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).
