- comments: observed previous priority foundation violation from report #2624040 dated: 9/18/25 not corrected: #38-observed approximately 30 large and small flies in front and rear prep area. Instructed person in charge to abate pest activity and sanitize areas. Priority violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
