- comments: observed large can opener with the blue ball handle in the rear dish washing/prep area with a build up of dirt and dark grime. Instructed to clean and maintain as a means of preventing possible contamination when opening cans of food.

- comments: observed the floor in the walk in dry storage area where the drinks are made in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed the walk in cooling unit floor with a build up of dirt and food debris. . . Also observed the shelving with a build up of dirt, rust and food debris on all shelving. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed hood ventilation system and filters with a build up of dust and grease. Instructed to clean and maintain.
