- comments: observed food employee wash kitchenware and untensils, rinse and dry during time of inspection. Noted equipment not sanitized during manual washing process as required by code. Instructed to properly set up 3-compartment sink and sanitize by immersion for at least 30 seconds with sanitizer strength at least 50 ppm after being cleaned. Must be maintained while open and operating. #7-38-025. Citation issued.
