- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more mice droppings on brick next to furnance,on floor behind hot water tank, on floor in between clutter behind furnance. Must remove droppings,clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/7/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed a gap along bottom of both rear doors must make tight fitting to prevent rodent entry.
