Several prepared dishes recalled due to Undeclared Allergens and Information Absence

Food company Chez Chartier has issued a recall for several of its products due to the absence of necessary safe consumption information and undeclared allergens. The recall was announced in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The issue was discovered during routine inspections by MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The products were sold only at Chez Chartier's establishment in Dorval and were all sold refrigerated. As of now, no cases of illness or allergic reactions related to these products have been reported.PRODUCTS RECALLED DUE TO THE ABSENCE OF NECESSARY SAFE CONSUMPTION INFO:
- A Meatball Stew (1L Format)
- Meat Sauce (1L Format)
- Cassoulet (1L Format)
The labels on these products lack the necessary "Keep refrigerated" instructions.
They were packaged in glass jars with a metal lid.
PRODUCTS RECALLED DUE TO UNDECLARED ALLERGENS:
- Fried Rice with Vegetables (Wheat and Milk)
- Beef Bourguignon (Soy and Sulphites)
- Salmon Pate (Wheat and Soya)
- Chinese Dough (Soy)
All affected products were sold in all formats and lots.
All lots whose labels do not contain any mention of the presence of the allergens indicated in this table
They were packaged in plastic trays covered with transparent plastic film.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
