- comments: instructed manager to provide and maintain hair restraints for food handlers in the prep area at all times.

- comments: observed the faucet at the 3 comp sink in poor repair. Must repair and maintain the leak at the neck of the faucet.

- comments: floors need cleaning through out especially along the wall base and around the cooking to remove debris,spill and/or grease.
