- comments: observed no verifiable health policies on site at time of inspection. Left template and instructed to maintain copies of health policy signed by all employees on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010. No citation issued.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no soap at hand washing sink in front deli prep area. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed soup containers being sold to go with no labels. Instructed to label with all necessary information.

- comments: observed cardboard box being used as a floor mat in rear food prep area. Instructed to discard and use only smooth, cleanable mats.

- comments: observed can opener in rear prep area covered in food debris and grime. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed build up of food debris and grime inside microwave. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed filters in hood above hot line covered in grease and grime. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed several food handlers without food handler training. Instructed to complete training and maintain records thereof on site at all times.

- comments: observed core violations from report #2366043 dated 3/19/2020 not corrected: ' observed no grease traps at three compartment sinks. Instructed managemwnt to install grease traps at three compartment sinks' 'noted clutter of equipment and other unused items on floors in storage rooms. Must elevate all items to allow cleaning and remove all unnecessary items' ' noted certified food managers on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification. ' instructed to come into compliance. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
