- comments: observed the interior guard of the ice machine with some dirt, not clean. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed electric fly trap hanging directly above prep table in prep area. Instructed the person in charge to relocate electric fly trap and maintain. Insect control devices shall be installed the way that the device is located away from food.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths being stored on prep tables. Instructed manager person in charge to store in sanitizing solution between uses and maintain.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed ice scooper stored on the top ice in the ice machine in the rear. Instructed the person in charge to store utensils between uses and maintain properly.

- comments: observed torn/damaged rubber gasket on the door of the walk-in freezer in the rear prep area. Instructed the person in charge to repair or replace the gasket and maintain it.
