Went to smoke daddy on Thursday february 5th with my girlfriend. She got a sandwich (barbecue sandwich topped with an onion ring), Mac N cheese and cornbread, I got a 2 meat platter with Brisket, pulled pork, beans, cole slaw and cornbread. We both got extra pickles. Everything tasted fine, but shortly after finishing the meal I started to feel very nauseas, very fatigued, like my head was very warm and overall quite unwell. The food did not settle well and I was un well for the rest of the night. She got home and immediately felt extremely tired, so she fell asleep not more than a hour or two after eating the meal. She woke up feeling extremely nauseas, she had the chills and then would feel very over-heated, then proceeded to spend the next few hours vomiting up all the food she ate. The nausea and vomiting was so bad that she had to call off work on Friday. Obviously we were scared to eat the leftovers, so we didn't consume any more of the food the following day. She felt sick most of the following friday and I felt sick pretty much all thursday night following the meal. Just wanted to let the restaurant know as I was talking to a friend about smoke daddy, and he remarked he got sick the first and only two times he ate there, so would like to make sure there's proper oversight and this issue isn't continued. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Fatigue
