- comments: observed no employee health policy on-site at the time of inspection. Instructed to obtain and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010, no citation issued

22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed improper temperatures of tcs foods. Found sliced cheese in a two door cooler at 55. 0f. Approximately 3lbs at $8 worth of product discarded. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Priority 7-38-005, no citation issued

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 20 or more mice droppings on site. Mice droppings were found in the following areas: on the floors behind cold holding units in the prep area and dry storage area, behind the door where the mop sink is located, in the lower openings of the hot holding wells at the front service line, and in the enclosure where building equipment is stored located in the cafeteria. Instructed to remove mice droppings, clean, sanitize, and maintain. Recommend contacting pest control. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), no citation issued
