- comments: observed approximately 20 mice droppings behind cabinet in kitchen staff computer area;observed approximately 35 mice droppings in service line area. Instructed to clean and sanitize areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued

- comments: observed no splash guard at hand washing sink on prep counter. Instructed to provide splash guard.

- comments: observed soiled wash cloth on three compartment sink faucet. Wiping cloths must be kept in sanitizer solution. Instructed to place towel in sanitizer.
