- comments: we observed tcs foods at improper temperature stored in two different coolers: we observed diced cooked potatoes at 58. 4f and 1 pan of cooked rotini pasta at a temp of 56. 8f. Two container of cooked linguini pasta at temp of 76. 9f to 77. 4f. No time and temperature log was provided, only date when products were cooked and discarding label with products. Cold food must maintain temp of 41f and below. Food discarded and denatured. P0unds 10, value 30$ priority violation:7-38-005, citation issued.

- comments: excess ice at the condenser unit and ceiling inside the walk-in freezer in the kitchen pipe is leaking. Instructed to repair.

- comments: high dish machine not maintained. Presently showed final temp of 150. 6f to 152. 5f. Must repair unit and maintain final rinse of 180f. Priority foundation violation: 7-38-005,citation issued -
