- comments: interior of food storage cabinets in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and debris. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize interior of cabinets.
35. Approved thawing methods used
- comments: observed some hot dogs in the sink that manager stated were thawing. Instructed to thaw overnight in cooler or under cold running water
36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: thermometer in the inside of reach in refridgerator in poor repair. Instructed to provide good working thermomter at all times.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed rodent activity in prep area, girls, boys, and adult bathrooms, student bathroom and in corner by copier machine. Approx 30-35 droppings total. Observed rodent bait bags behind refrigerator and in storage cabinet. Instructed to remove and store in enclosed bait box. All areas must be detailed clean and sanitized. Contact pest control for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: all wiping cloths when not in use must be stored in a clean sanitizing solution. Instructed to have and maintain.

- comments: wood cabinets in need of cleaning, sanitizing and sealing wood. Instructed to correct and maintain.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: plastic drainboard on site in poor repair. Instructed to repair or replace drainboard

- comments: cooking equipment in need of cleaning to remove all build up. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: all unnecessary clutter in younger classroom near copy machine in need of removal, clutter in prep area on counter in cabinets in need of removal. Instructed to correct and maintain.
